Because our candles come in glass jars, we're not able to accept returns or refunds. Glass can break easily in transit, so once your order has shipped, the sale is final.

If something goes wrong with your delivery — your candle arrives broken, damaged, or there's a shipping problem — reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll send you a replacement.
